Prices are quoted in
(and payment is accepted in) US Dollars, Euros, Japanese Yen and GB
Pounds. Please contact EscoVale if you would like a quotation in
another currency. Prices are inclusive of first class or airmail
postage. Courier delivery can be arranged, if required, for a
small surcharge.
Under legislation
current when this information was prepared, the price of printed reports is not subject to Value
Added Tax, but European clients subject to EC legislation should include their
registered numbers (VAT / Mwst / TVA / IVA etc) for
administrative purposes. UK clients ordering reports in electronic
format (if available) must add 17.5% VAT. Clients elsewhere in the EC must give their
registered numbers (if we do not have the number (VAT / Mwst / TVA / IVA
etc), we have to charge EC
clients 17.5% VAT on reports in electronic format).
Published reports will
normally be mailed within two days of receipt of order / payment, together
with an invoice acknowledging payment. Alternatively, it will
usually be possible to arrange for the report to be sent with an invoice
for subsequent payment (in which case, payment is requested within 30 days of the invoice
date). Please contact EscoVale, if you wish to arrange this, or to
discuss alternative arrangements.
For pre-publication orders, or for orders involving several titles, we
normally submit an invoice for half the fee at the time of order, with an
invoice for the balance on delivery of the report (or the final title in
the package of reports). We will be happy to discuss alternative
arrangements.
Payment may be made by bank
transfer, by cheque/check, or by
credit card via Paypal .
Bank transfer:
please advise the currency in which you wish to make payment, and we will
send the appropriate account details.
PayPal: most of our published reports can be purchased online using
PayPal. Details will be found in the report description.
Cheques/checks should be made payable to "EscoVale Consultancy
Services" and drawn on a bank with London clearing.
Please
note that it is an important condition of sale that the contents of
reports must not be conveyed to third parties, including joint
venture partners, consultants, suppliers, customers and others outside the
client's operating company. All copyright restrictions must be
strictly observed.
We will be pleased to
discuss terms for group participation - for example, to cover affiliated
companies within large organizations or members of trade
associations/professional bodies.
