of the Sourcebook online now through PayPal (see below) or
you can place an order with us by email, phone, fax or mail.
We aim to send reports, with an invoice acknowledging payment, within two
days of receipt of order/payment. Let us know, if it is difficult
for you to make payment before receipt of goods, or if your procedures
require a pro-forma invoice.
Payment can be
made by bank transfer, check/cheque, or by credit card via PayPal.

This is a secure online payment facility that uses SSL technology
to keep your information safe. If you have to pay Value Added Tax on your order
(this should
only apply to clients in the UK, ordering the electronic version of the
report), please contact EscoVale before using
this option. Otherwise, simply click the appropriate button
below to open the PayPal order form. You do not need a PayPal
account to use this option, and you do not need to sign up for an account
(although PayPal needs to collect information to process the order and to
ensure security). After completing this transaction, you will be
invited to join the PayPal system for future use (we believe this is
entirely free of charge), but you will be under no obligation to do
so. Our experience with PayPal thus far has been efficient and
trouble-free, involving no cost to clients (and lower costs to us than
most transaction methods). Let us know if you have any

Price concessions are available
to educational establishments and certain other qualifying
organizations (please ask for details).
Reports are normally
dispatched within two days of receipt of payment, together with
invoices acknowledging payment. Please contact EscoVale if you require
an invoice or pro-forma in advance to process the order.
Value Added
Tax:: under legislation current when this document was prepared,
the price for the printed version is not subject to Value Added Tax,
but European clients subject to EC regulations must give their
registered numbers (VAT / Mwst / TVA / IVA etc) for administrative
purposes.
UK clients ordering the electronic version must add 17.5% VAT. Clients
elsewhere in the EC must give their VAT numbers (if we do not have the
VAT number, we have to charge EC clients 17.5% VAT on the electronic
version).
It is a
condition of sale that copyright must be strictly observed. Clients
purchasing the electronic version will be authorized to print a single
copy of the report for internal use. |
